📱 2. Applications & Software

Our applications and software products operate on a privacy-first, offline-first basis:

• No External Transmission: We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on external servers.
• Local Storage Only: Any data generated within our apps (preferences, saved content, settings) is stored strictly on your device's local storage.
• No Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking or analytics services.
• No Location Tracking: We do not track your location.
• No Advertising IDs: We do not use IDFA, AAID, or any advertising identifiers.
• Biometric Data: If an app supports biometric authentication (fingerprint/FaceID), this is handled entirely by your device's OS. We receive only a success/fail signal and never access your actual biometric data.

🧩 2A. Browser Extensions (AI Chat Shield)

AI Chat Shield is a Chrome browser extension developed by Cyber Craft Solutions LLC. This section describes how it handles your data.

What It Accesses

AI Chat Shield uses Chrome's management API to read installed extension metadata: extension names, IDs, version numbers, permission declarations, and install sources. This information is used solely to analyze extensions for potential AI chat interception capabilities.

What It Does NOT Access

• Browsing history, page content, or AI conversation text
• Keystrokes, personal identifiers, cookies, or authentication tokens
• The content detection script identifies when you are on an AI platform by URL pattern only to activate monitoring - it never reads page content

Where Data Is Stored

All scan results, risk scores, and settings are stored locally on your device via Chrome's local storage API. No scan data is transmitted to external servers.

Pro Tier (Future)

When available, Pro features will transmit anonymized extension ID hashes to our threat database (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) for known-threat lookups. No personal information, conversation data, or browsing activity is included in these requests.

Permissions Justification

The management permission is used solely to read installed extension metadata for security analysis. AI Chat Shield does not modify, disable, or uninstall extensions without explicit user-initiated action.

Data Deletion

Uninstalling AI Chat Shield permanently deletes all locally stored scan data and settings.

🌐 3. Websites & Web Services

Our websites and web-based tools:

• Do not use cookies for tracking purposes
• Do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily submit it (e.g., via a contact form)
• Do not sell or share any submitted information with third parties

If you submit information through a contact form, it is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not stored beyond what is necessary to do so.

💬 4. SMS & Text Messages

If you receive a text message from Cyber Craft Solutions LLC:

What We Collect

• Your business phone number, collected via our web consent form or provided directly by the business owner

How We Use It

• To send a one-time informational message containing a link to a free website demo we've built for your business, along with pricing details
• To respond to any replies you send us

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, share, or distribute your phone number to any third parties
• We do not send recurring automated messages
• We do not add you to any mailing list or campaign

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. Reply HELP for support. You may also email [email protected]. Once you opt out, you will not receive further messages.

📧 5. Email Communications

If you receive an email from Cyber Craft Solutions LLC:

• Your email address was found via publicly available business listings
• We use it solely to send a one-time informational message about our services
• We do not sell, share, or distribute your email address
• You can opt out by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us directly

🗑️ 6. Data Deletion

For apps: Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the application permanently deletes all associated data.

For communications: If you would like us to delete your contact information from our records, email us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.

Our products and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Given our minimal-collection architecture, we do not collect data from anyone regardless of age.
