1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Cyber Craft Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe in minimal data collection - we do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information unless explicitly stated below.

2. Applications & Software

Our applications and software products are designed to keep data on the device whenever practical:

• Local by Default: Preferences, saved content, settings, and scan results remain on the device unless a feature-specific exception is disclosed below.
• Limited Service Requests: Features such as subscription validation or a form you submit may send the minimum information needed to provide that feature.
• No General Usage Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or advertising trackers. A product-specific notice identifies any limited service reporting, such as purchase-status analytics used to provide a paid entitlement.
• No Location Tracking: We do not track your location.
• No Advertising IDs: We do not use IDFA, AAID, or any advertising identifiers.
• Biometric Data: If an app supports biometric authentication (fingerprint/FaceID), this is handled entirely by your device's OS. We receive only a success/fail signal and never access your actual biometric data.

3. Websites & Web Services

We use contact information that you choose to submit to respond to your inquiry and manage the business relationship. We do not sell your personal information.

Inquiries may include the service you selected, the form page, campaign and fixed article labels from a link, and your optional answer to how you found us. These labels travel through internal links without visitor storage. They are sent to our contact inbox only when you submit the form. Referring-page details omit query strings and fragments. Contact inquiries are retained only as necessary to respond, manage the relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion using the contact details below.

Optional Google Ads measurement

On our consulting website, you can allow or decline ad measurement. Until you allow it, we do not load the Google advertising tag or send it measurement requests. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time using Ad measurement settings in the footer. The contact form and phone links work either way.

If you allow measurement, Google Ads may use advertising cookies and click identifiers to connect an ad interaction to a submitted inquiry or a call. Google receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page address, advertising click identifier where present, and the conversion event. We omit arbitrary query strings and fragments from the page addresses we configure for measurement. A submitted inquiry event contains an anonymous random reference, not your name, email address, message, or tool answers. We do not enable enhanced conversions, general Google Analytics reporting, or personalized-ad audiences through this setup.

For eligible visits after a Google ad click, Google may replace our displayed phone number with a Google forwarding number that routes to the same business line. This lets Google report call timing, duration, connection status, and available caller information and attribute the call to an ad. Calls lasting at least 60 seconds count as call conversions; that threshold does not itself prove that a caller is a qualified lead. Call recording and forwarding call details to a separate analytics provider are disabled in our Google Ads settings. Ordinary visits continue to show our usual business number.

Declining measurement removes the Google Ads measurement cookies available to this site and stops new measurement on the refreshed page. Browser or third-party cookie controls may also affect Google's cookies. Google's processing and retention are described in Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. This website measurement setup does not add advertising tracking to our standalone apps.

• Your business phone number, collected via our web consent form or provided directly by the business owner

How We Use It

• To send a one-time informational message containing a link to a free website demo we've built for your business, along with pricing details
• To respond to any replies you send us

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, share, or distribute your phone number to any third parties
• We do not send recurring automated messages
• We do not add you to any mailing list or campaign

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. Reply HELP for support. You may also email [email protected]. Once you opt out, you will not receive further messages.

5. Email Communications

If you receive an email from Cyber Craft Solutions LLC:

• Your email address was found via publicly available business listings
• We use it solely to send a one-time informational message about our services
• We do not sell, share, or distribute your email address
• You can opt out by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us directly

6. Data Deletion

For apps: Uninstalling an application removes its ordinary local app data, subject to platform backup and protected-storage behavior. Store purchase records and data processed by a disclosed service provider are handled separately; consult the applicable product-specific privacy notice for available deletion options.

For communications: If you would like us to delete your contact information from our records, email us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.

7. Children's Privacy

Except where a product-specific listing, terms, or privacy notice provides a different minimum age, our products and services are intended for adults (18+). Road Rally is intended for users age 13 and older; see the Road Rally Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
